DescriptionMake your event easy and stress-free with our Set Up / Break Down service. We’ll place and arrange them according to your layout, and ensure everything is ready for guests. After the event, we’ll return to pack up, load, and remove all rental items so you don’t have to lift a finger.

This is a great choice for the DIY out there. Do you have everything you need for your event but you just need an extra pair of hands. We will gladly bring our expertise to achieve your vision. You may reserve us in 60 minute increments to help with the set up or break down of your event. give us your vision and list of task with items and we will give you the peace of mind to rest assure that our team has it covered.
Includes 

2 team members

60 minutes 

On-site setup of rented items (tables, chairs, décor pieces, backdrops, etc.)
Placement based on your provided floor plan or instructions
Post-event breakdown, packing, and loading of all rental items

Does not include

Decor items - such as floral or draping ets

Hard ware - such as pipe and drape set, ladder etc

tools - such as sissors, safety pins, zip-ties etc


Important notes:
Client must provide clear setup instructions or a layout/floor plan prior to arrival.
Venue access, loading instructions, and any required permits must be arranged in advance
Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, tight access, late-night breakdowns, or time restrictions
